About the class:
In this class we will play with the flow of energy within the body and between bodies. I integrate BMC (Body mind centering) material to prepare and activate a conscious communication between inside body space and outside body space. Simple exercises will help to increase mouvement potential and trigger different coordinations and quality of movement. This challenges new path through the body and strengthens our possibility to play with dynamics. As the class builds up each individual is invited to twist the material and ride the energy curves.
