Ivailo Valev

Graduated the Swedish ballet School in 1985. The same year he became a member of the “Royal Swedish Ballet”, where he danced leading roles and solo parts in the classical and neoclassical repertory. During the period of 21 years Mr.Valev was a Teacher, Rehearsal Director and a Ballet Master with the Royal Swedish Ballet. 1997 – 2002 Ballet Master ”59° North-Soloist of the Royal Swedish Ballet” 2003 – 2005 Ballet master in ”Arena di Verona”, Italy 2011 – 2015 Frequent guest with the ”Royal Ballet School” of Antwerp, Belgium Mr. Valev is a international guest teacher and Ballet Master. Some of the companies he has been teaching in are: ”National Ballet of China” Beijing, ”Architanz” Japan, ”National Ballet of Finland”, ”Culberg Ballet”, ”Gotenburg Ballet”, ”Skåne Dance Theatre”, ”Nordans” and the ”Ballet Academy Stockholm” Since 2014 Mr. Valev is a freelance teacher.
